ACG is a registered public trust in India, operating since 2001.  It receives no grants or donations and maintains a self-sustaining independent character.  It leverages on the outstanding international expertise and stature of its core team, spanning several countries, government / regulatory agencies and international bodies.

Objectives:

• Be an independent “think-tank” for corporate governance policy, advocacy and knowledge dissemination.
  
• Render support to policy makers, international bodies and practitioners in capacity building, debate, critique, research & application in governance and corporate governance.
