has been founded and angel funded by Yaga Consulting
Pvt. Ltd. Hyderabad, India. It maintains an
arms--length relationship with corporations,
industry associations, and professional bodies to
maintain its independent and academic character.
It has received no public donations/contributions.
The
Academy leverages on the unique and outstanding intangible
assets built-up over the years by its core team which
is international. These include, years of research,
hands on board experience, director training; policy
meets/conferences/round tables and consulting in the
generic, sectoral, and advanced areas of corporate
governance, spanning over several countries and international
organizations such as Commonwealth Secretariat, London;
The World Bank Group;IFC's SEDF; ILO; AsDB; AfDB OECD;
GCGF; SADC-DFRC; JAI and ICGN.
Objectives

Be an independent
think-tank for corporate governance policy,
advacacy and knowledge development.

to international practitioners and policy makers
and join in advanced theoretical debate, critique,
research and analysis on aspects related to
Corporate Governance.
